Alotenango….Food for the Body and Soul

Gleaners soup….”muy rico” as one little boy said after his second bowl…..

Many of the children at the school DO NOT get one meal a day……

With lots of lentils, vegetables and chicken….a touch of boullion…served over rice…

Elaine, who works for Gleaners, served up 125 bowls of soup….

Fresh baked pan….no tortillas today!

Every mom and siblings also received some soup…..

Leftover soup….Philip went on the street and served soup and pan….

Colouring books were given to each of the students…the book explains the way of

salvation….Carlos, Celina and Cristina read and explained the book to the children
