A Christmas Surprise….

We decided to surprise the moms of our sponsor kids

this past week….we brought them a bag of food, marshmallows (the Christmas treat here), fresh veggies, clothing and a whole

lot of HUGS!

The roll of red are fire crackers…these are small rolls

They come in 3 foot wide rolls…

…bouncy balls are unisex….everyone loves them…

…we have been visiting this family every month for the

past 4 years….a year ago, Alba, was diagnosed with

kidney failure and is on dialysis….(she is sitting beside

her mom)

…then it was on to Chimixiya and the women were so happy we had come

…ready to go home….they sang for us, we visited,

found out what they prepare for Christmas

…on the way home we stopped to pick up firewood for

a widow friend…

…this family sells fire wood and we thought they needed

a gift….(note the half a ball as a cap was not from us…

but it is cute!)
