The clinic day in Chimixiya….lots of amoebas (little critters that live

in your intestines, not good).  Love Guatemala Canada did hand out

15 eco water filters but many do not have access to pure water.

The moms of our sponsored students provided us with a great lunch of

hot soup (it was cold, windy and rainy all day).

The second and third clinics were held in Jocotenango.

The City staff had set up enclosures for each doctor…great privacy.

They also provided the intake people to take their information.

And we were assigned 4 police persons.

High Blood Pressure and Diabetics, foot problems were high on the list of problems.

Kid’s Fiesta has been studying the Bible and learning how to worship

I enjoy hearing the kids recite verses and sing praises to our Lord and Saviour.

The Junior Leaders came over to help pack 300lbs of rice….from

empty shelves, to lots of laughter and conversation, to full shelves.

The school at Genesis Project will be painted next week.

Doors and windows, and the railings are being made.

January, 2018 will begin a new school year in a new school.

One that Genesis can call “home”.

I am so proud of our Junior Leaders…

They just take over the teaching of the lessons, crafts, worship and prayer.

These young people are future leaders of their community, their families, their church,

their country.
